BACKGROUND
Having started my photography company in 2006 and going full time in 2011, I opened a 2nd studio base across the country in Palm Beach in 2018, which doubled my client base as well as my team, creating the need to add associate photographers, filmmakers and editors for my company’s home base of Hawai’i.
Personally, I’ve not only been utilized by other photographers for 2nd shooting, but also for assisting, behind-the-scenes shooting, lead associate work, editing, as well as for a Studio Manager position for another luxury Palm Beach photography studio.
I am proud of the company I created and have provided for my family with throughout the years. Though as my children grow, I appreciate the associate, 2nd shooting, and editing work I get even more, as this allows me precious time throughout the week to spend with my family.
PARTICULARS
Canon color has my heart! My workhorse is the 5D Mark IV, with which I utilize my favorite primes; the 50mm, 24mm, and 100mm macro lenses. I do carry a backup set-up on my person at all times as well.
Shooting everything from weddings to families, corporate and personal events to branding and product photography, my lighting set-up changes per each situation, as not every circumstance will allow for a naturally-lit sun-backed golden hour;) I do excel in on and off-camera flash, and can properly light a dark ballroom.
Associate Photography rate: $350/hr - no minimum; or $250/hr - minimum 5 hours.
2nd Shooting/Assisting rate: $100/hr - minimum 3 hours.
Editing: I work with Adobe software and Lightroom Catalogs, utilizing WeTransfer and/or Dropbox for transferring catalogs. Pricing is $0.05 for every photo culled out, and $0.40 for every photo edited, with a minimum of $50/job. A first edit/anchored photos throughout the catalog is required for new clients, until we have perfected your individual style and preferences.
